The Connecticut Junior Chamber (JAYCEES) is a membership-based leadership training and civic nonprofit organization for young people between the ages of 21 and 40. Areas of emphasis are business development, management skills, individual training, community service, and international connections. There are over 200,000 members in 5,000 communities and more than 100 countries around the world who serve as leaders and seek to make a difference each and every day in their own lives and the lives of all others.
